Quiz Night is game jam project I co-developed with Media Molecule and Mercedes-Benz for their Imagined Futures initiative.
Quiz Night is the product of a one week game jam I did with Peter Field, Emei Burrell and Oli Grant. As part of a collaboration between Sony, Media Molecule, and Mercedes-Benz, we were asked to develop a game baed on the theme of “imagined futures.”
We decided to set the game in the distant future, and focus the narrative on a group of friends coming together for a quiz night. Through a series of humorous quiz questions, we wanted to allude to future-historical change and progress that hadn’t happened yet in 2021. It was a blast to make, and I really appreciated having some space to dream about a brighter future.
